All materials, parameters, and feeds distributed via our Services (including charting examples, trade ideas, algorithmic patterns, custom market commentary, instant alerts, database files, and output from our integrated AI systems) are published for informational purposes only. These materials represent general market opinion rather than personalized suggestions.

Nothing distributed by Crypto Hub represents:

• ▶ Investment recommendations or asset management.
• ▶ Personalized trading instructions.

Your use of our Services does not build:

3. Market Risk Disclosure

Trading forex, options, leverage instruments, and crypto assets carries extreme financial risk, including the loss of your entire capital reserves.

By engaging with our Services, you understand and accept:

4. Responsibility for Trades & Automation

All market charts, analyses, parameters, alerts, and automated scripts:

You retain total accountability for entering positions, defining scale sizes, configuring protective stop-loss triggers, monitoring active bots, and securing exchange account security.

Crypto Hub assumes no responsibility for financial losses, missed trading entry configurations, automated script lag, exchange api connection disruptions, or third-party outages.

5. AI Tools & Automation Disclaimer

Certain Services feature integrated AI systems (including our Crypto Hub AI algorithms) and automated execution templates. AI-generated results are probabilistic models and are subject to errors. Automated systems do not remove market risk. You are solely responsible for enabling, configuring, and disabling any automated tools and scripts.

6. Community Conduct

To protect the integrity of our trading desk, all members must respect our community guidelines. You are strictly prohibited from:

• ✗ Distributing, copying, sharing, or reselling any premium Crypto Hub signals or material.
• ✗ Harassing or abusing other community members.
• ✗ Spreading panic, unbacked hype, or deceptive reports.
• ✗ Advertising or promoting external commercial pages without prior permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any account violating these code rules, without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All graphics, UI elements, proprietary code systems, alerts, logos, guides, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of Crypto Hub Core Systems. Unauthorized duplication, commercial exploitation, or unlicensed sharing of this property will result in immediate service termination, forfeiture of subscription terms, and potential legal claims.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

All subscription payments, licensing fees, and purchases are final. No refunds or partial adjustments will be issued under any circumstances. We do not guarantee permanent uptime for specific channels, tools, analysts, or automated features. The Services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Continuing to interact with our systems following revisions to these terms indicates your acceptance of the updated conditions.

10. Affiliate Program

Affiliate payouts are governed by our separate Affiliate Policy guidelines. We reserve the absolute right to withhold commissions or terminate affiliate accounts in the event of promotional abuse, misleading marketing, or protocol violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Crypto Hub Core Systems and its developers, operators, or contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits, database corruption, hardware failures, or network disruptions. If you are dissatisfied with our Services, your sole remedy is to stop accessing the platform.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the operational jurisdiction of Crypto Hub Core Systems Inc., excluding any conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in our operational region.
